Executive Director of Development and Infrastructure Services, Rebecca Zook, has announced her departure from the Town of Prosper to pursue a regional role at an Engineering Consulting Firm. Zook has served the Town for the past two years and has led several high-profile development projects during her tenure.

“I appreciate the opportunity I was provided with the Town and have grown to care for the staff and community.  I want nothing but the best for the future of Prosper,” said Zook.

“I want to express my appreciation for the hard work and dedication Rebecca has demonstrated since she started with the Town of Prosper in 2020. Rebecca joined our team just after the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and despite the many challenges before her, she has excelled and made a positive impact on the Town. We wish Rebecca all the best in her future endeavors,” said Town Manager Harlan Jefferson.

The Town will begin its search to fill the Executive-level vacancy to continue to provide a high level of service as it relates to its Development and Infrastructure Services Department. The Town wishes Rebecca the best of luck and is grateful for her service and commitment during a time of rapid growth. Zook’s last day with the town is scheduled for May 20, 2022.
